These SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms (the “SMS Terms”) apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Autonomous Studios LLC DBA AgentScaler ("we," "us," "our").

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from AgentScaler, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

Program description

AgentScaler uses SMS/text messages to send appointment and scheduling communications to people who request a consultation or schedule a strategy call through our website, including:

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the nature of your request. Typically, you will receive 1–4 messages per scheduled call.

Opt-out instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did initially by submitting a form on our website and opting in.
